We are early, and we would rather be honest about fit than sell into a deployment we cannot yet support well.

- At least one additional operational data system creating integration friction
- A named operational owner and a technical integration lead
- A defined incident, training or planned-event workflow
- Willingness to set access, retention and audit policy before deployment
- A need for cross-vendor portability rather than a single-vendor mandate
